Payroll Service:
We will maintain and operate a complete payroll service on your behalf. This will include, but not be limited to, the provision of the following services;
• Registering you as an employer with HM Revenue and Customs.
• Maintaining and retaining all payroll records in accordance with Inland Revenue regulations.
• Advice on payroll legislation and procedures
• Information in relation to; responsibilities as an employer, employment contracts, employee rights, employee liability insurance
• Receiving and responding to Inland revenue correspondence on behalf of the Customer.
• Compliance with HMRC requirements both during the year and at year end; including quarterly and yearly returns, the provision of P60s at the year-end
• Provision of wage slips, P45’s and P60’s to your employees
• Ensuring you and your employees have confirmation of payroll deadlines and payment dates
• Distributing payslips from staff timesheets
• Calculating and maintaining records of employee holiday, sickness, and maternity/paternity entitlements
• Advice and assistance to set up employee pensions
• P45 and other leaver documentation to be issued within 10 working days of either the last day of service or the date on which the last payment is calculated, whichever is later
• The prompt transfer of information should an you move to another payroll provider, we would expect this to be 5 working days unless otherwise specified
• Where the PA’s are self-employed PA’s we will calculate payments accordingly, signpost to HMRC website tool and provide appropriate advice and information.
